I got back to the gym tonight after the gluttony of the holiday weekend. But that gluttony means plenty of good stuff to assemble into a post-workout meal of grilled shrimp, guacamole and slaw sliders with roasted sweet potato wedges and blistered cherry tomato caprese salad. MMMMM!

I always take left over pulled pork and make a pulled pork stir fry. Throw it in a cast iron pan, some bbq sauce, bean sprouts, chopped carrots, onions, and what ever I can find. It is mega tasty, and lots of protein.

Your tomatoes will avoid blisters if they use gloves.
